Preparing a Boston Office for Water Damage Rebuilding

SERVPRO technicians responded to a call from a Boston commercial facility with water damage in a wall cavity. In the Before Photo of this office, floorboards near the desks appear discolored from potential water saturation. While many of the assets shown are salvageable, water can quickly prove detrimental to the longevity of sheetrock, floorboards, and electrical wiring. 

In the After Photo, technicians successfully demolished the drywall to access the wall cavity. Inside it is plain to see that the wall framing is covered with debris and needs drying with air movers and dehumidifiers. SERVPRO technicians can perform this service and also implement EPA-registered, OSHA-approved antimicrobials. After remediation services finish, SERVPRO can focus on installing new drywall, repainting, and installing baseboards.
